Cancellation Policy Classes & Rentals – The Pole Lounge

At The Pole Lounge, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, please review our cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled booking are eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your booking are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
  • No-shows will be considered a last-minute cancellation and will not be refunded.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy Workshops – The Pole Lounge

  • Please note that all workshop registrations are non-refundable. This policy is in place out of respect for our instructors, who dedicate their time and resources to preparing for each session based on confirmed attendance.
  • If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your spot to someone else. Simply notify us at least 1 day before the workshop with the full name and contact information of the new participant.

Guidelines – The Pole Lounge

  • Please arrive on time for your booking to ensure you get the most out of your session.
  • Guests must leave the training area promptly at the end of their reserved time — any additional time will incur extra fees.
  • Please remove any jewelry or clothing that could damage the equipment. You are responsible for any damage caused to the apparatus.

Damage & Liability Policy – The Pole Lounge

At The Pole Lounge, your safety is our priority. Please read our damage and liability policy carefully before using our facilities:

  • Personal Responsibility: All participants are responsible for their own safety while using the studio. The Pole Lounge is not liable for any injuries resulting from improper use of equipment or participation in pole dancing activities.
  • Equipment Usage: Clients are expected to use all equipment properly and responsibly. Any misuse or damage caused by improper handling will be the financial responsibility of the client.
  • Pre-Use Equipment Check: If you notice any damaged or faulty equipment upon arrival, please inform us immediately before use. Failure to report an issue before your session may result in liability for any further damage.

Surveillance Policy – The Pole Lounge

For the safety and security of our clients and staff, The Pole Lounge is equipped with security cameras in common areas of the studio.

  • Purpose: Cameras are in place to ensure a safe environment, prevent misuse of equipment, and protect against theft or damage.
  • Privacy: No cameras are installed in the bathroom.
  • Access: Footage is monitored and stored securely, accessible only by authorized personnel if needed for security purposes.
