Aerial Hammock Flow Workshop with Catherine

In this workshop, you’ll learn a combo focused on fluidity of movement, while adding your own personal touch.

Accessible to all, this class is perfect for those looking to refine their transitions as well as those discovering aerial hammock for the first time.

Levels: ALL

Pants that cover the knees are recommended as well as a top that cover the armpits.

The workshop lasts 75 minutes. Places are very limited – 2 hammocks available – 2 people per hammock – Maximum 4 participants.

Catherine has been practicing aerial circus for a little over 8 years. She specializes in aerial hoop and silks. Over the years, she has earned several medals in aerial hoop competitions and is a certified circus instructor from the National Circus School. Above all, she loves seeing her students grow and thrive in their discipline!
