Intro to Flying Pole with Julie | Class

Our Intro to Flying Pole class is designed for complete beginners who have never tried flying pole before.

You’ll be guided through foundational moves, including climb, sitting on the pole, hood ornament, back & front hooks.

Prerequisite: None

The class lasts 60 minutes. This class will be offered once a month.

Our classes are kept intentionally intimate so we can offer a more personalized experience. Our instructors dedicate focused time to each student, ensuring individual guidance, support, and adjustments based on your level and goals.
