Pole Intro with Julie | Class

Our intro to pole class is perfect for people who have a never tried pole before. 

You’ll be guided through foundational moves, including front and back hooks, pirouettes, sitting on the pole, hood ornament, basic inversions practiced on both spin and static poles.

Our pole classes include a progress card to help you track your achievements along the way.

Our classes are kept intentionally intimate so we can offer a more personalized experience. Our instructors dedicate focused time to each student, ensuring individual guidance, support, and adjustments based on your level and goals.
