Level Up - Pole Beginner - Josée & Julie

This class is designed for students who have completed the Intro Pole Class or have pole experience and want to build on their foundations. 

You’ll learn new techniques, smooth transitions, and more varied moves, while developing strength and confidence.

Prerequisite: basic spins, climb, sit, hood ornament

The class lasts 60 minutes. 3 poles available – 1 person per pole – Maximum 3 participants.

Our pole classes are very intimate, with a maximum of only 3 participants for personalized attention.
