Our pole beginner class is perfect for people who have a little bit of experience in pole.
You’ll be guided through foundational moves, including front and back hooks, pirouettes, sitting on the pole, hood ornament, basic inversions, outside leg hang, inside leg hang, practiced on both spin and static poles. You’ll also learn new techniques, smooth transitions, and more varied moves, while developing strength.
Prerequisite: A few pole classes
The class lasts 60 minutes.
Our classes are kept intentionally intimate so we can offer a more personalized experience. Our instructors dedicate focused time to each student, ensuring individual guidance, support, and adjustments based on your level and goals.
