A blend of pole dance and contemporary dance to explore movement as a form of expression. Through a short choreography, you’ll develop your technique, flow, and musicality while leaving space for your own feeling and interpretation.

Prerequisite: A few pole classes - Knee pads& heels are recommended

The class lasts 75 minutes.
